We left Beaufort, NC to head up to Oriental, NC. It was a short day, 21 miles. We anchored in a Bay Area just outside the marina. It was a hot and humid day. 80+ degrees and 80% humidity. It got a bit windy in the late afternoon/early evening but the wind finally died down overnight.
