We kicked off the morning with a short stroll to a local bakery before leaving Cocoa Village—and oh my goodness…YUM! Jeff went all in with a humongous cinnamon roll, while I happily chose an egg, bacon, and cheese croissant. Safe to say, we will not starve today😀

From there, we eased our way out onto finally calm, glassy waters—what a welcome change. We found a gorgeous anchorage and decided it was the perfect place to drop the hook and enjoy the day.
I spent some time tackling those awkward isinglass sections…seriously, what were we thinking?! 😅 All those curves and zippers are no joke, but it’s slowly (very slowly) coming together.
Just when we thought the day couldn’t get better, a pod of dolphins stopped by, clearly on the hunt for dinner, putting on a little show for us. And as if that wasn’t enough, we were treated to a stunning sunset to wrap it all up.

We’re anchored directly across from Cape Canaveral, where they’ll be launching the Falcon 9 Block 5 | Starlink Group 10-62 tomorrow morning. You better believe we’ll be front row for that before getting underway!
